Returns

Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us with your order number before you ship anything back.

Refunds

Refunds go to the original payment method only. A 25% restocking fee plus original shipping is deducted. Shipping, tax, and gift wrap are not refunded. Allow 7–10 business days after we receive the return. The bank may take another billing cycle.

Unclaimed / Refused / Returned-to-Sender Packages

A 25% restocking fee plus a $5.95 return-to-sender fee applies. Original shipping is not refunded unless Sophie Scents made the error. If shipping was free, the real shipping cost is deducted from the refund. The customer’s cost to mail a return is not refunded unless we made the error. Same for international orders.

Damaged or Missing Items

Contact us within 72 hours of delivery and keep the packaging. We may file a carrier claim.
